Achieve Bold Success

I believe your journey to discovering your ambitions and dreams is a structured one. There are activities you can undertake, there is a lot of learning to do and some reflection to make. I also believe your plan for achieving your goals should be personalised. By going through a process of dreaming, uncovering values and beliefs, setting goals and making and implementing a plan, you will bring to life whatever you can imagine.

You can create massive change in your life through planned daily actions that align with your goals.

Over the last 20 years I’ve certainly experimented with my fair share of planners. Some I liked and used for a good chunk of time, others, not so much. When I finally settled on a system I liked (and ultimately wanted to share) I wanted to come up with a name that would inspire – I chose the name “Bold Success”. For starters the definition of the word Bold really resonates with me……

“showing a willingness to take risks, be confident and courageous”

That pretty much sums up what it will take to move from a dreamer to an achiever.  There will be lots of risks to take as you move through the process. You’ll need to be confident and courageous in both how you pull together a plan to how you execute that plan to ensure you can live the life you want.

I love the idea of a Bold Transformation. Moving through the steps I recommend, taking on board the learning, you become, or better still transform, into a new being. You’ll go from being hesitant to being brave. You’ll go from standing still to potentially moving faster towards your goals than you ever have before.

Even using the letters from the word BOLD give you inspiring descriptions.

Brave

Bliss

Belonging

Balance

And…

Open

Optimistic

Organised

Outrageous

What about…

Liberation

Leader

Learning

Longevity

And of course….

Daring

Decisive

Determinded

Disciplined

Dynamic

Drive

Why using the Bold Success planner will help you to achieve your dreams.

I’ve spent the last 20 years striving to achieve my goals. Sometimes with success, sometimes not. I am a self confessed self development junkie and I love nothing more than learning. This learning has led me down a path of discovery.

Even though I had all the learnings I felt stuck. I felt overwhelmed. I finally decided that I needed to create something I’d spent years looking for. A system, a plan, a means to achieve my goals. A way to stay focussed, a way of reminding myself why I chose this path for every time I was distracted or sidetracked by another shiny object. This plan had to be multi faceted because, of course, I wear many hats and I have many projects on the go. I’m sure you are no different right?

I realised my biggest goals were not being achieved because I was not organised (even though I thought I was), I was not entirely focussed (even though I thought I was) I had only half of the story. I needed to pull all the elements together to see what the real picture was, to see what I really wanted, who I really was and how I was going to make it happen.

The key for turning dreams into reality is the ability to set the goal, break it down into achievable chunks and work on it everyday. But how do you do that when you have a heap of other commitments and pulls on your time?? By using the Bold Success Planner you will:

  • Build habits for success
    • Set yourself up for success by creating mini goals that you know you will achieve
    • Write a new paradigm
  • Become strategic
    • Break each goal into actionable, feasible, little steps.
    • Estimate how much time it will take to do each step, how many times, how often you need to do it.
    • Schedule it!
    • Execute only that step (hello dopamine!) focus only on that step, not the finish line.
  • Become intentional
    • Create routines for morning, evening or both
    • Master the inner (mindset) game
    • Know exactly what needs to be done each time you set out to work on your goals
  • Have hyper focus
    • By time blocking your tasks
    • Learn how to manage distractions
    • Use the Pomdoro method

The Bold Success planner will also be a place to:

  • Store your learnings around why for living, your purpose, your mission and vision, your values.
  • Define your definition of success
  • Create a Dream List
  • Determine your goals
  • Organise your action plan
  • Create an accomplishment list
  • Have an evolving reprioritising list
  • Ability to record new ideas

How support from others is essential for Bold Success

Can you name a sporting identity that does not have a full support team guiding them to each and every accomplishment they achieve? What about a sporting team? What about a CEO? Let’s look at Aussie tennis star, Ash Barty. I love hearing her speak at press conferences after games. She is always talking about the collective “we” and by we, she means her team. She has her tennis coach, a strength and conditioning coach, a manager, her boyfriend, her mentor and a couple of high flying sports stars that she calls upon regularly for advice and friendship. Her support team are one in the same. When she succeeds, the whole team succeeds.

It’s the same for people pursuing goals. An essential part of effective goal setting is sharing your goals with your support network. They can provide support, encouragement and accountability. When you surround yourself with a supportive network you in turn become part of other supportive networks. We do not become ourselves, by ourselves.

A supportive network will encourage you to go further, faster. They can give you ideas you’ve never even thought about. They can help leverage their own connections and perhaps introduce you to someone else who can support you even more. They will be there to celebrate your successes unconditionally. That’s why I’ve built an empowered community where people are dreamers, goal setters, planners + achievers. The community called “The Purpose Movement” is full of women achieving their dreams through supporting each other on the journey of self development.

Here is my callout to you……If you are a woman who wants to take their dreams, make them happen and put a system in place to achieve it without wasting anymore time, then join us in The Purpose Movement. Head to my FB page to join us.
