The purpose of a Vision Board is to bring your story, your desires, to life.
You can have as many boards as you like and they can take any form you desire.
Jack Canfield says “Your brain will work tirelessly to achieve the statements you give your subconscious mind. And when those statements are the affirmations and the images of your goals, you are destined to achieve them. But is it really that simple?
Goals can be represented with pictures + images. This is a really powerful way to strengthen and stimulate your emotions because your mind responds strongly to visual stimulation.
The pictures should represent experiences, feelings, possessions. Use pictures and words that inspire you and make you feel good. Use words and images that best represent your purpose, your ideal future and words that inspire positive emotions.
When you have created your board put it somewhere where you will see it everyday. You are then prompted to visualise your ideal life on a regular basis. By adding this visualisation practice to your everyday, you will become naturally more motivated to reach your goals.
