A little about me

Sacred Simplicity

Chilled, calm, under control, simple, smooth, slow,  – these are all words that I could use to describe my way of doing things. I’ve been busy, didn’t really like it!  Rushing around everywhere, trying to do everything, trying to keep everyone happy. It’s not my thing.

I now choose to live with sacred simplicity. This doesn’t always go according to plan, and right now, in the middle of the festive season, I do feel the pull to be “busy” but I’m almost running in the opposite direction to get away from it (running is not my thing either!).

I’m also feeling the pull of the end of a decade. What did I achieve? How do I rate my success? How am I going to approach the new decade? All very good questions, ones that do need answering, but I’m going to do it with simplicity and then I’m going to move into 2020 with Sacred Simplicity.

The word sacred has lots of different definitions, and for some people, most of them relate to religion. For me though, it brings up thoughts of peace, clarity, beauty and power.

Sacred simplicity can assist you to define your purpose, improve your mindset and enhance your skillset.

It can be applied to your personal goals, your business or career. It can help you improve your relationships and help you choose what you’d like to do, instead of doing things you think you should do.
